A practical half-day workshop to build the skills and confidence to approach difficult conversations constructively, rather than avoid them.

The workshop will explore what makes difficult conversations so challenging and provide a practical approach to use before, during, and after conversations, with the opportunity to work through real situations in a supportive small group and leave with techniques that can be used straight away.

This course is designed for people who are new to management or supervision, or who have stepped into a role where they’re now responsible for managing others and would benefit from some practical development.

ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors qualification included

The Level 7 qualification is designed for senior managers or Human Resources/Organisation Development professionals who wish to develop their expertise and credibility in Executive or Senior-level coaching and mentoring, or to establish coaching at an organisational level. It is also ideal for professional coaches and mentors seeking to enhance and accredit their experience with a nationally recognised qualification.
